Street food
The Balkan-Grill sits in a passageway off the Getreidegasse and has been selling essentially one dish since 1950: the Bosna. Two grilled sausages in a toasted roll, onion, parsley and a spice mix nobody will reveal. You eat it standing, walking, or not at all.

I always take number 2, the original with hot mustard. If you don't feel like queuing, come right at eleven or in the late afternoon, in between the line runs out into the lane.
One thing, for over seventy years. Grilled fresh, straight into your hand, no side dish and no table.
A few euros. Nowhere in Salzburg's old town do you eat this cheaply and stay full this long.
Getreidegasse 33a, in the Stockhamer passageway towards Universitätsplatz. It's in the middle of the pedestrian zone, so you get there on foot.
